Current Dan River Park Projects
WALKING TRAIL: We have applied for Transportation Enhancement Funds to build a multi-use trail that will join all features of the park to Blue Ridge Elementary School.
LIGHTS AT SOCCER/FOOTBALL FIELD: Soccer field lights were installed on January 7, 2011.
PICNIC PAVILION: The picnic pavilion is complete and ready for use.
COOKBOOK:Please help us write a cookbook featuring all of your favorite recipes. The cookbook will go on sale as soon as we finish it and will include both your name and your child's name at the end of your recipe.
PIZZA HUT CARDS: Please see any of the Board Members about these cards which allow you free gifts with any purchase. Each card will cost $10.00.

The Dan River Park Association meets the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. When the weather is nice, we meet at the park. When it is cold or raining, we meet at 5039 Ararat Hwy. Everyone is welcome, please come.
